ASIC Delays - Thursday 16th January 2025
We have been informed directly by ASIC that they are currently experiencing high demand for ASIC services.
Consequently, there may be increased instances of errors or delays in the delivery of validation reports for the time being.

This means that some forms that you have lodged may be stuck on 'ASIC pending' status, as well as there being delays in receiving up to date company data or company ASIC balances
Please note that if you haven’t received a validation report, it is not necessary to resubmit the form or request.
To alleviate the issues experienced, they have asked Waive to avoid any non-essential system requests where possible at this time.
We will continue to monitor system demand and will provide updates as they become available.
