Added in a new company with an outstanding ASIC balance but no ASIC invoice?

If you became the agent of a company AFTER ASIC issued the company's Annual Review invoice - then you will not receive the ASIC invoice via Waive.

As an agent you can try contacting ASIC directly to request a re-print of that invoice, however we suggest doing the below in order to try and avoid any late fees being issued.

Once the company is added into Waive - you will see their outstanding ASIC balance, and if you would like to get them to pay (without having their invoice) simply go to the ASIC link, enter in the company's ACN, and it will provide you with the BPAY details for the director to pay their outstanding ASIC fees directly to ASIC:




Once paid, the company's ASIC balance should be $0 after approximately 3 business days.
