Generally speaking:

If a director paid by credit card via the director portal it should take approximately 3 days for ASIC to update the company balance.

If paid by bank transfer or directly to ASIC via BPAY it can take up to 7 business days for ASIC to confirm that the payment has been received and for ASIC to update the company balance.

Waive does an automatic company balance sync with ASIC once every 24 hours, so depending what day and time ASIC mark the balance as zero, then Waive should update the ASIC balance automatically the next day to reflect this.
