Approved & Rejected ASIC Forms
All forms are automatically lodged to ASIC once all director and shareholder signatures have been collected (unless you have changed your auto-lodge feature to 50%, or manually uploaded the signed form - see
this article.)
Approved Forms:
If a 484 form has been approved by ASIC, please allow 24 hours for those changes to be updated and reflected within Waive.

If you have updated the company's registered business address, this will take 7 days for ASIC to update.
Section 142(3) of the Corporations Act 2001 says of the registered office address:
(3) A notice of change of address takes effect from the later of:
(a) the seventh day after the notice was lodged; or
(b) a later day specified in the notice as the date from which the change is to take effect.

Please note the dates when submitting a Form 484, and ensure that it is signed and submitted to ASIC within 28 days of the change occurring. (Waive will show you the due date in the due date column)
Otherwise, late fees will apply: $96 for up to one month late. $401 for over one month late.
Rejected Forms:
If the form has been rejected by ASIC, you can view the reason for the rejection by expanding the section, and pressing the 'view' button:

If you are unsure what the reasoning is behind ASIC rejecting the form - please email us with the details and we can assist you.
Otherwise you will need to create a new form with the correct information for the director to sign, in order to re-lodge this with ASIC, so that it can be approved, and the changes can be applied.
Pending Forms:
A form marked as 'ASIC Pending' is only temporary until ASIC have approved or rejected it.
If for any reason you notice that the form has been pending for longer than 2 days - please contact us, as it may have been lodged whilst ASIC's servers were under maintenance and they are stuck in the queue.
