What does it mean when a company has been "dropped off"?
When a company has been "dropped off", this means that Waive has not been able to sync the company details with ASIC for over 5 days, and that the company will no longer be affiliated with your agency on the 6th day.
What causes a company to "drop off"?
A company can drop off your list of companies for the below reasons:
1. The company has been officially deregistered.
2. Another agent has lodged a form 362 for that company and you are no longer their agent.
3. If the ASIC site was down or doing maintenance, this can sometimes drop the connection needed in order to sync the ASIC company data with Waive.

Number 3 is the least likely reason for a company to drop off.

I believe this company has dropped off in error, what do I do?
To verify if this is an error, please login to your ASIC agent portal and check if this company is still under your agency. This will help confirm if this is a Waive ASIC syncing issue or not.
If the company is not in your ASIC agent portal either, then we recommend speaking to the director(s) to verify if they have chosen to go to another agent or not, and once confirmed, then you can lodge another 362 form within Waive to be their agent again.
