Director cannot sign form via mobile phone
There seems to be some older versions of mobile internet browsers that are incompatible with the DP portal, and some directors will not be able to sign their forms.
Please try asking the director the below questions to assist them with troubleshooting:
1. Ask the directors if they can update their phone and phone applications.
2. Ask that when they update their phone and their phone applications, to then try signing the form again.
3. If the above 2 steps still don't work - then ask them to please try signing on a different browser (eg safari. chrome, firefox)
OR to simply try signing on another device such as a tablet or a desktop computer.

If the above still do not work and the director is unable to electronically sign for any documents, please email support@waive.com.au with all the details gathered from the director (including browser names and versions and what they have tried so far)
