Emailing documents as PDF attachments
If you would like to include the documents that you have sent to the directors as PDF's in the emails you send via Waive, simply enable the feature via your Settings > Notifications tab in Waive:
You can do this for Annual Reviews and any Forms you send out.
The director will get the exact same email with their director portal link to complete their outstanding items, but this feature will also provide them with the documents as PDF's within that email.
After ticking the box, don't forget to press the 'apply' button to save the setting.
