Failed Bank Transfer Payments
Occasionally you and the director may receive an email like the below, indicating that the bank transfer (payment method) the director entered, has failed:
The most common reason for the decline is due to insufficient funds.
If this is not the case, then the second most common reason that it is declined by the issuing bank (especially if this is the first time the director has opted to pay via bank transfer) is that the issuing bank might think it is fraudulent transaction for example.
The director can either:
- Try paying via Bank transfer again (although there are more chances of this succeeding if they approve this transaction directly with their bank first)
- Try paying via credit card.
