To become the agent of a company,  simply press the 'Add company' button at the top right hand corner and fill out the details of the company to generate the 362 form so you can email the directors to complete:

Then send the 362 form for the directors to electronically sign. Once signed by the directors, the form will automatically be submitted to ASIC for approval, and over the next 24 hours you should see the company in your list of companies in Waive.
