How to pay your monthly Waive subscription by direct debit instead of credit card

If you prefer to pay your monthly Waive subscription fee via direct debit instead of credit card, please follow the below instructions:

If your monthly subscription payment fails, you should receive an email informing you of this.

You then need to log into your Waive account, navigate to your Settings - Subscriptions Tab, and scroll to the bottom of the page:

Find the Unpaid invoice, and select to 'view' it:

This will open a page within Stripe that is connected to your subscription, and you simply select the AU Direct Debit option, which will then ask for your details.

This will automatically charge you for the outstanding amount, and save your direct debit details for all your future subscription payments:

If you have any issues completing this, please feel free to email us at support@waive.com.au with your bank details and we can set this up for you.

You can also cancel your direct debit request at any time by emailing us!
