How to regenerate a form and change the form date

If a form’s due date has passed (28+ days), instead of deleting it and recreating it—just use the Regenerate Form feature to refresh the form date and avoid ASIC late fees:

Step 1:

Find the form (either from the Forms tab, or the Changes tab within the company profile) and press the 'expand' button:

Step 2:

If the form you are wanting to regenerate is a 361, 362, 6010, or a 484 with one change, then it will look like the below - simply enter in the new date you would like the form to be, and press the 'regenerate form' button to save it.

Step 2a:

If the form you are wanting to regenerate is a 484 form with multiple changes, simply press to 'see details':

Which will open the below, where you can enter in the new date and select to 'regenerate form' to apply the changes:

To send that regenerated form to your directors to sign, select the 'actions' button and then 'send to client' to re-send them a link to their DP to sign the form.

Info
Once that is done, the new form date you have selected will be regenerated within the form itself, it will replace the old form in your Waive account, as well as replace the form in your director's portal instantly.

Alert
Please note that you cannot use this function if the form has already been signed by a director.
