Improving your email deliverability
We understand the importance of your emails reaching your clients' inboxes and not being flagged as spam or ending up in junk folders.
Below are 2 steps that we strongly suggest completing in order to positively impact your email deliverability.
1. Sending out an email to all existing clients
By sending out an email like the examples attached below (scroll down to view the 3 versions in PDF Files) to all your clients, this helps raise awareness for them to look out for the emails you send them via Waive.

TIP: You could also inform your clients to add your email address and the waive.com.au domain into their mailbox safe senders list.
Feel free to save the below PDF's and edit as you see fit.
2. Update your DNS settings
By updating your DNS settings, you can significantly improve the chances of your emails reaching their destination without any interference.
If you're interested in optimising your email sending experience and avoiding potential spam filters, simply email us at
support@waive.com.au, and we will send you detailed instructions that you (or your IT support team) can follow to complete the process.
The process takes 30 seconds to complete - You simply login to the DNS provider that you use to manage your domain and add the SPF and DKIM values that we will provide to you.

It Is essential to note that while updating your DNS settings can greatly enhance deliverability, it does not guarantee that emails won't occasionally end up in the spam folder. The placement of emails in the spam folder is ultimately determined by the recipient's mailbox settings, which are beyond our control.
