By default - in your Waive Settings, (General tab, and scroll down to ASIC details) you will find the Auto-Lodge feature set to 100%, which means that all your forms will be automatically lodged to ASIC once all director and shareholder signatures have been obtained.
You can change the Auto-lodge feature to 50% if preferred, and then any forms you send from then on, will only require 50% of director signatures before automatically being lodged to ASIC.

NOTE: The Auto-lodge feature only applies to forms you create (ie 361, 362, 484, 6010 and 205 forms) and not solvency resolutions.
You can also choose to simply bypass the Auto-lodge feature if you want/need to lodge a form to ASIC quicker, with just one director signature.
You simply need to:
1. Press the Expand button to view the details of the form, and in the documents section, press the 'view' button to download and save the form with the one director signature to your desktop:
2. Press the 'actions' button and select 'upload signed document':
3. Upload the document, and ensure the 'send to ASIC' tick box is selected before submitting it to ASIC for processing:
4. The status of the form will then show as ASIC PENDING, and on average takes 5 minutes to be approved or rejected by ASIC. (this solely depends on the ASIC server traffic)
