Sending Forms to new Directors/Shareholders

When adding in a new director or shareholder for a company in Waive, you cannot add their email address in (to send the document to them to sign) when generating and sending the form to the existing directors.

The form needs to be sent to the new director/shareholder for them to sign via the forms tab, by selecting the actions button, and then 'send to client':




This will then open up a pop up notification box for you to enter in the new director/shareholders email address:




This will send the new director/shareholder 2 emails:
1 - to verify their email address (Waive verification email)
2 - an email with the link to the director portal for them to sign the ASIC form.
