Step 1: Access Shelcom directly from Waive
You can access your Shelcom Agent Portal via the green button in the top right hand corner, or you can access the Shelcom Order Forms via the main menu on the left hand side:

There is no need to create a separate Shelcom account if you already use Waive.
Step 2: Submit a Company Registration order
Start a new company registration order in Shelcom.
Fill out the required company and member details as normal.
Continue through to the final checkout page.
Step 3: Add the company to your Waive account
On the checkout page, you will see the option to “Add company to Waive”
Select 'Yes' for this option and fill out the necessary details if you would like to become the agent of this company and to add them to your Waive account.

This option will only appear for company registration orders.
What happens next:
If you have selected to add the company to Waive then once ASIC approves the company registration, the registration documents will be emailed to you as usual.
Waive will then automatically do the following:
- Generate the 362 form and email it to the company director for electronic signing.
- Once signed, it will lodge the form to ASIC for approval.
- Once approved by ASIC, you will officially be the agent for this company, and you will be able to view all the company data via your Waive account.

This will include a copy of all the company registration documents you obtained from Shelcom - they will be sent across to the documents tab within the company profile in Waive.
If you have selected to add the company to Waive, but selected to NOT auto-send the 362 form to the director for signing, then once ASIC approves the company registration, the registration documents will be emailed to you as usual; however the 362 form will simply stay in the forms tab of your Waive account and will not be automatically emailed to the director for signing, until a user manually sends the form to the director via the 'actions' button and selects 'send to client' to enter in the director's email address.

Please note:
If your Waive account has not been completely set up, and you see a banner at the top of your page when you log into Waive advising you of this, then you will not have access to this setting in Shelcom when submitting a company registration order. You must fill out all your settings in Waive for the integration to work.
