Waive Reminder Emails

Waive has 2 sets of reminder emails that go out to your clients:

1 - For Annual Reviews
2 - For signing the 484 form (changes)

1 - For Annual Reviews:

To check and see the first set of reminder emails, go to your Settings - Notifications tab, and scroll down, and you will see the first set of reminders for Annual Reviews:




The above screenshot is the default Waive setup, but this can be 100% edited to suit your preferences and needs as a business.

Warning
Note that:
  1. You can only have a maximum of 5 email reminders.
  2. Out of the 5 email reminders - you can choose 3 that will go with reminder SMS to the director as well.
  3. You can only have a maximum of 3 SMS reminders to be sent with the email reminders.
  4. You can delete email reminders and have less than the maximum of 5.

You can edit the email template for each email reminder by pressing the 'edit' button to open the below pop up:



You can edit the frequency, the email subject line, and the body of the email template as you would like and here is where you can select if you want the reminder SMS to be sent as well.

You can do these for each of the email reminder steps as you'd like.

Alert
Make sure you press 'Save' when editing the email template, and then the 'Apply' button once you have completed your changes.

The same logic goes for the 2nd set of email reminders.

2 - For signing the 484 form (changes):

The settings for the email reminders for when you send out a 484 form (changes) is just below the Annual Review settings:



This can be 100% edited to suit your preferences and needs as a business.

Note that:
  1. You can only have a maximum of 5 email reminders.
  2. Out of the 5 email reminders - you can choose 3 that will go with reminder SMS to the director as well.
  3. You can only have a maximum of 3 SMS reminders to be sent with the email reminders.

Note that this is important to convey to the director that they have 28 days to sign the 484 form (depending on the effective date of change on the form) otherwise ASIC will issue late fees.

Warning
If a director signs the 484 form after the 28 days have passed, they are informed of this when signing on the director portal, and you can also see the due date in Waive:
