How to change a company's name (Form 205A)
In order to change a company's name in Waive, go to the company's profile and select the small arrow after the company's name, and press on 'Change Company Name':
Simply follow and fill out the necessary information as needed:
Once you press on 'Generate document' - the below will appear for you to check before sending the email off to the director(s) for signing:

You can view/save/download the 205A form as well as the agent invoice before emailing it out, and you can also edit the email text as you wish.
When ready - simply press the 'Save & Send' button to complete this process.
The next step is for the director(s) to sign the form so that it can be submitted to ASIC for approval.
Once approved by ASIC, you should get an email from ASIC with a 'Certificate of Registration on Change of Name' - which will also be automatically saved and accessible via the company's documents tab.
If ASIC rejects the 205 form, you will also receive an email from ASIC explaining why it was rejected - which will also be automatically saved and accessible via the company's documents tab.
