How to complete a bulk 362 process (migrating clients to your agent number)
In order to complete a bulk 362 process, you will need to complete 2 items as set out below, and email those 2 items to agent.registration@asic.gov.au
1st item to complete:
Fill out the Form 362 (copy attached below)
2nd item to complete:
A signed letter on your company letterhead from the newly appointed agent that sets out the following statements:
- all the companies in the annexure to the Form 362 are aware of the transfer of agency.
- all the companies in the annexure to the Form 362 agree to the transfer from [Agent Name] [Agent Number] to [Agent Name] [Agent Number].
Once received by ASIC, this should be completed within 20 business days.

Because this can take ASIC up to 20 days to complete, and because we do not know exactly when this happens, (and we have a 4 day window to ensure your Waive data is synced), after you submit the 362 form to ASIC, you will need to be checking Waive EVERY DAY to see the last company sync date of all your companies.
When the date is no longer the current date, this will mean that ASIC have started the transfer, and that is when you must notify us so that we update your credentials to your new ASIC agent number and EDGE credentials on the back end of the system.
