How to update a director's name or address in bulk for multiple companies

The below video will show you how to update the name or address for a director in bulk, for multiple companies, by creating bulk 484 forms in Waive.

This will save you having to go into each company and updating the director's address one by one.

You will have the option to charge a fee for each company you submit the 484 form for.

So for example, if a director has 15 companies, you can choose whether to charge $20 for each 484 form you submit for each of those 15 companies, or you could choose to charge $100 for one of the forms and not charge for the 14 other forms. (and you would advise the client)

However the director will receive 15 emails for each company that a 484 form was submitted, as they will need to sign each one in order for the form to be submitted to ASIC.

Note that this will vary depending on how many directors there are for the company, and your auto-lodge settings.
